Question by Alex: Could anyone help me create a script that’s perfect for testing out my stereotypical RP British accent?
I’m looking for a story (fictional, real, made-up, whatever) that utilizes words that emphasize the foreign sounds of a British received pronunciation accent from a standard American one. (Examples are butter, water, door, house, school, etc.) Please note some pronouncing differences like the word “herb” in American and British accents, and any tips to improve mine would be appreciated.
